We wanted to let you know we were extremely pleased with the work you performed on our player piano. After much research when we were making our decision on who we wanted to restore this 1920 family treasure, it became very clear to us you are the best in the business.

Our concern of you being in Pennsylvania and us in Texas was never a factor as you frequently kept us informed of the restoration process by the posting of your work on the Internet and your detailed description of each process. In addition, when we e-mailed you with our questions, you promptly responded.

David, we had thought of restoring this piano ourselves. However, after seeing and reading on what it involved, there was much more to the restoration process than we could have ever imagined. We know now that turning to a professional such as you was the right decision.

David, once again, thank you for the wonderful work you performed on our piano. Our family will enjoy this instrument for many years to come.
