Just a quick note to let you know the piano that you rebuilt for me
1 1/2 years ago is playing fine. The piano had extensive work done to it
before you took it in for the rebuild. I was reluctant to replace
strings and hammers but you insisted that the earlier rebuild was done
with inferior parts. The new strings and hammers sound great and I think
they have been improving with age. Long after I have forgotten about the
extra money the beautiful tone lives on and I'm so happy that you were
able to convince me.

The player is operating without any flaws and I have spent many hours
listening to wonderful rolls recorded many years ago. Your expertise and
attention to details shows on the quality of the final product. I would
not hesitate to recommend your work to anyone considering piano repair
or rebuilding.
